Pastoral. Intervención con barra de pastel. Arquitectura y «Yo» / Alcalá 31. 2019
Pastoral es un site-specific que recupera las huellas que otros artistas, otros proyectos, y otros agentes han dejado en las paredes de Alcalá 31. Una serie de frottages de idéntico formato (300 × 300 cm) realizados con barras de pastel que a modo de galería de pinturas abstractas se despliegan en las naves laterales de la planta baja de la sala, adaptándolas a la propia arquitectura. En su conjunto Pastoral es una secuencia de campos de color ordenados siguiendo una graduación cromática. Grandes superficies de texturas sedosas, aterciopeladas y etéreas que dialoga por contraste con las parejas de «cuadros» de velcro –vibrantes y rotundos– instalados al final de esos dos pasillos.

Pastoral is a site-specific project which recovers the traces left by other artists, other projects, and other agents on the walls of Alcalá 31. A I series of frottages each with an identical format (300 × 300 cm) deploy in the side naves on the ground floor of the space and made with crayons almost like a gallery of abstract paintings, adapting them to the architecture. Taken together Pastoral is a sequence of fields of colour arranged by shade. Large expanses of silky, velvety and ethereal textures that dialogue by contrast with the pairs of vibrant and categorical velcro «paintings» at the end of these two side naves.
